Our Cayman Citrus Dryglaze is a complex seasoning blend of chili, citrus & a kick of jalapeño to give your dishes a spicy Island flavor. Delicious on seafood, chicken and pork.
Other Ingredients
Sugar, chili pepper, red pepper, garlic powder, salt, citric acid, ground dill seed, whole dill seed, chipotle chili pepper, jalapeno pepper granule, natural lemon flavor, black pepper.
Suggested use
- Rub 2-3 lbs. of meat, seafood or veggies with oil and place in a resealable bag with packet of dryglaze.
- Close bag and gently shake for even coating. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to create a beautiful glaze.
- For grilling: Use indirect heat. For roasting: Cover with foil and roast as usual. Remove foil halfway through for browning.
