Ahoy ! Welcome to our new Catch of the Day Seafood Seasonings. This herby citrus jalapeño blend brings a mild heat to any flaky white fish. Serve with tortillas and a cabbage slaw for a classic restaurant-style fish taco feast.
Other Ingredients
Dehydrated vegetables (garlic, onion, and parsley), sea salt, spices (black pepper, red pepper, parsley, oregano, cumin, jalapeńo), vinegar powder (maltodextrin, white distilled vinegar), cane sugar, citric acid, natural flavors including smoke (contains potato maltodextrin), and less than 2% olive oil & silicon dioxide added as processing aids.
Suggested use
Makes about 16 tacos
You will need:
- 1 lb skinless tilapia filets
- Seasoning packet
- 4 Tbsp cooking oil
- Tortillas
Sprinkle seasoning on all sides of tilapia. Heat 2 Tbsp oil over medium-high heat in a skillet. Working in batches as needed, add tilapia and cook until golden brown (approx 4 minutes per side). Transfer to a plate and flake with two forks. Serve with toasty tortillas and your favorite toppings.
