Our Vegetable Tikka Masala contains a vegetable medley simmered with cashews in a creamy masala sauce. Serve over a fluffy bed of rice for a vegetarian entrée that is both delicious and Gluten-Free.
Potatoes, carrots, onions, water, sweet corn, green peas, green bell peppers, concentrated crushed tomatoes, sunflower oil, cashew nuts, cream, garlic, ginger, salt, yeast extract, cumin, spices, green chili peppers, coriander, chili pepper powder, turmeric, dried fenugreek leaves, cardamon, paprika, natural coriander flavor.

Suggested use
Microwave
Tear pouch 2″ to vent and heat on high for 1 minute (ovens may vary).
Stovetop
Pour contents into a pan; heat on low for 4 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally.
Serve as is, with Tasty Bite® Rice or with flatbread!
