Suggested use
You Will Need:
- 1 1/2 pounds steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 head butter lettuce or green lettuce
- 1 pouch Simply Organic Korean BBQ Simmer Sauce
Directions:
- In a heavy skillet or grill pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and sear until browned. Reduce heat to medium.
- Add sauce and stir to coat. Allow sauce to thicken slightly, then remove from heat.
- Serve with fresh lettuce leaves for wrapping.
Chef Suggests
For vegetarian wraps, substitute 1 1/2 lbs portobello or shiitake mushrooms for the steak.
