Potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers, green peas, butter, sunflower oil, cream, onions, water, garlic, salt, spices, ginger, tomato paste and dried mango powder.Â

Suggested use
Serving Suggestion: With bread.
Microwave
Tear the pouch 2″ to vent out steam. Place the pack in the microwave and hear for a minute.
Stovetop
Boil sealed pouch in water for 5 minutes.
Grab pouch from sides as contents will be hot. Once opened consume immediately. Specially sterilized in multi-layered pouches to help assure safety. Does not require refrigeration.
