Happy Baby Made Simpleâ„¢ is a quick & easy-to-make mealtime option. With 100% whole grains and ingredients thoughtfully chosen for baby, these mixes are as simple as heat, stir, and cook!
Your child may be ready for organic pancakes & waffles when she or her:
- Pulls self up to stand with support
- Crawls w/o tummy touching the ground
- Uses jaw to mash food between gums
- Picks up food to eat with thumb & forefinger
Organic whole wheat flour, organic whole grain oat flour, organic amaranth flour, organic nonfat dry milk, organic egg white powder, baking soda, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), ferrous bisglycinate (iron).
Contains: Wheat, milk, eggs.

Our Recipe Directions
- Heat a lightly greased griddle over medium-high heat or to 375° F.
- Stir mix and water in a bowl until combined – do not over-stir (lumps are okay!). Pour 2 tbsp of batter onto the hot griddle.
- Cook until bubbles start to form (about 3-4 minutes) and flip over, cooking until lightly browned.
To serve – Let pancakes cool. One 3″ pancake is one serving for baby.
To store – Refrigerate and serve within 48 hours. Freeze remaining pancakes in an air-tight container for up to 6 weeks.
Switch it up with waffles!
Combine 1/2 cup mix with 1/3 cup water and stir together. Cook according to waffle maker’s instructions.
Baker’s Tip – For thicker pancakes, add more mix. For thinner pancakes, add more water!
Add fruits & veggies to each bite with these easy crowd-pleasers:
Mix in 1/2 cup of mashed bananas, mashed blueberries, or shredded carrots.
Or try one of our organic purees, poured on top or served as a dip.
