EdenĀ® Tamari Soy Sauce
Master brewer koji fermentation made. A seasoning and condiment with a miso like flavor. Non-GMO organic whole beans traditionally aged for two years, the only way to create flavor and values enjoyed for centuries in Japan. Best for when bolder taste is sought, and in longer cooked dishes. Fully fermented soy protein is superlative.
Whole organic soybeans, water, sea salt, organic salted shochu (water, organic rice, sea salt, koji), koji aspergillus oryzae.
