Suggested use
To Prepare: For each cup of liquid, dissolve 1 Tbsp Kuzu in 2 Tbsp cold liquid for thick desserts, or 1 tsp Kuzu in 2 tsp cold liquid for thin sauces. While stirring, add dissolved Kuzu, and heat until clear and thick.
