You’ll Need
- 1 2/3 Cups Mix
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- HEAT skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 375ºF. (Surface is ready when drops of water jump around.) To measure mix, we recommend spooning into a dry measuring cup and leveling.
- STIR TOGETHER mix, milk and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot greased skillet for each pancake.
- COOK until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry, about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook until golden brown, about 1 minute 30 seconds.

​Waffle Recipe
You’ll Need
- 1 2/3 Cups Milk
- 1 1/3 Cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg
- HEAT waffle maker.
- STIR TOGETHER mix, milk, oil and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour onto center of greased waffle maker.
- BAKE about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove carefully.
7 (4-inch) waffles . High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
Make it Vegan
Swap milk for a non-dairy milk and
1 egg for 1/3 cup applesauce.
