Swanson Wild Yam Cream is a silky-smooth cream that combines naturally occurring diosgenin with progesterone, avocado oil, jojoba oil and select herbal extracts. The ingredients in this paraben-free formula have traditionally been used to soothe and support women’s health during perimenopause and menopause.

Suggested use
Gently rub 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon onto areas needed, such as wrists, abdomen and inner thighs. Best results are achieved with regular use.
