Suggested use
Using a non-metal spoon and a separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of Bentonite Clay with 1 tablespoon or more of water or apple cider vinegar to create a thick paste. Apply to a clean dry face and neck, avoiding sensitive areas, the eyes, and mouth. Allow 10-20 minutes to dry, for sensitive skin allow no more than 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water, pat area dry. Skin redness after use is normal, and should disappear within 30 minutes. Use 1-2 times weekly.
