Suggested use
- Spray the oil to the bottom of your feet and legs before going to sleep. Use daily before or after bathing.
- Massage a generous amount into any sore area. Use it as often as needed.
- Let air dry for best results.
- You may experience itchiness after initial use. This is normal and is due to low magnesium levels or salt residue.
- The itchiness & salt residue can be avoided by rinsing the oil off after 20 minutes.
- For those with sensitive skin, the 50/50 dilution with water is recommended.
