Methylcobalamin is the co-enzyme form of vitamin B-12 that has been found to be critical in the maintenance of a healthy nervous system.
Vegetable glycerin, purified water, citric acid, potassium sorbate (as preservative), Quik-Sorb® (ginger root powder, amla fruit extract, capsicum fruit powder), natural raspberry flavor.

Suggested use
As a dietary supplement for adults, hold sprayer 1 inch away from the mouth and take two (2) sprays once daily under the tongue. Hold for 30 seconds before swallowing. May be taken with or without food.
