Suggested use
To assess your tolerance, take 1 capsule with 8 oz. of water. Once your tolerance has been assessed, follow the directions below. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and training. For more energy: Take 3 capsules 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24-hour period.
