Black Chickpeas Tamarind and Sweet Potato
We think more people should get black chickpeas, known as kala chana. Their flavor is richer and earthier than the tan variety. We love how the flavors of sweet potato and tangy tamarind enrich this one.
What is Everyday Chana?
“Chana” is the Indian word for chickpea, the protein-rich bean that comes in tan and black varieties. We bring you our favorite chana curries, slow-simmered and seasoned with our carefully crafted spice blends. We could eat this Indian comfort food every single day, with flatbread, over rice, or all by itself.Â
