Suggested use
Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before using.
First time use: Take 1/3 the adult dose, preferably with food or liquids. Gradually increase dose as you see fit. Take about 10 min to 1 hour before bed, either with food, juice or on an empty stomach.
Adults (ages 18+): take 1 oz (2 tablespoons)
Young adults (ages 11-17): take 1/2 oz (1 tablespoon)
Children (ages 4-10): take 1/4 (1/2 tablespoon)(ages 2-3): take 1/2 teaspoon
