Stovetop Cooking Instructions
This product is raw and must be cooked
in order to enjoy its delicious flavor.
- In a heavy 2 qt. saucepan, sauté contents of rice pouch in 1 Tbsp. olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add 2 1/2 cups water and contents of seasoning pouch. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer and cook uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender.
- Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
