Udon Noodles are thick, white noodles that are an everyday ingredient in Japanese cooking. They can be eaten hot, in a light broth with a dash of soy sauce or served chilled with a variety of sauces, including hoisin and tamari.

Suggested use
Wok/Skillet: Heat 3 tbsp water and 1 tbsp sesame oil on high. Add noodles, lower heat to medium. Cover for 2-3 minutes to loosen noodles, tossing gently halfway through. Add your favorite sauce and cook 2 minutes, tossing noodles gently.
Microwave: Remove outer bag. Pierce inner pouch several times. Cook on high for 90 seconds. Serve plain or with sliced meat, poultry, vegetables and sauce.
