Our pasta artisans use traditional bronze dies and slow drying for a truly authentic taste and texture you’ve been longing for.

Suggested use
Cook Time: 10 Minutes.
Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt as desired. Cook pasta on high heat, stirring frequently. Test for doneness & drain.
