Hydralyte Prevents and Relieves Mild to Moderate Dehydration
Common causes of dehydration include:
- Exercise
- Alcohol
- Travel
- Hot or Dry Conditions
- Lack of Water
- Cold and Flu
Hydralyte is based on the World Health Organization’s recommended formula for an Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS). Due to the right balance of glucose and electrolytes, an ORS allows the body to absorb fluids rapidly.Â
*when mildly to moderately dehydratedÂ
Dextrose (anhydrous), citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, natural flavors, silica, and organic stevia leaf extract.
Suggested use
1. Pour contents of one packet into 16 oz of cold water.
2. Product fizzes as it dissolves to ensure consistency of dose, so leave room in your water bottle.Â
3. Discard unused solution after 6 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.Â
Suitable for all ages. Children can drink up to 4 servings per day. Adults can drink up to 8 servings per day depending on the severity of dehydration symptoms, including increased thirst, dizziness, fatigue, headache, irritability, morning fog, sticky/dry mouth, and dark or decreased urine.
