In 1978 Edward & Sons introduced the world’s first Baked Brown Rice Snaps. Oven baked instead of fried, they pioneered a new generation of healthy, whole grain and gluten-free snacking. The Brown Rice Snaps variety you hold in your hand was baked in Thailand from whole grain brown rice, which we clean and mill into a fine flour. We add wholesome seeds, seasonings or seaweed to make Brown Rice Snaps complete. Exceptionally crisp and delicious, Edward & Sons Baked Brown Rice Snaps are scrumptious straight from the package and elegant enough for entertaining.
