Suggested use
Shake well. Mix 1/4 fl oz (7.5 ml or 1-1/2 tsp.) of the Liquid Minerals daily with juice or water. Test yourself frequently to find which minerals you need. If needed, you can also add in drops of Copper, Selenium or Iodine.
Shake well, may be refrigerated.
