Corn is perhaps the most traditional of American foods. Domesticated thousands of years ago, it’s been a cultural and nutritional mainstay ever since. At Bob’s Red Mill, we use only the finest-quality golden corn to create our traditional corn grits. Suggested use
Basic Recipe For Quick Grits
3 cups Water
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Bob’s Red Mill® Corn Grits/Polenta
Bring water and salt to a boil in a medium pot. Add corn grits and reduce heat. Cook slowly for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
