Barlean’s Fresh Catch® Fish Oil is a pure and pristine source of ultra-purified, pharmaceutical-grade fish oil in natural triglyceride form.
Fish oil (anchovy, sardine and/or mackerel), softgel (gelatin, glycerine, water, and caramel color), natural citrus flavors, and antioxidant blend (lecithin (sunflower and soy), natural mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate, ascorbic acid, and citric acid).
Suggested use
2-6 softgels daily with a meal.
