FODMAP DPEâ„¢ is a specialized blend of spore-forming probiotics and digestive enzymes that assists the body in properly digesting highly fermentable foods, commonly known as FODMAPs (Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols). Garlic, onions, apples, and many other nutrient dense foods can be very hard for some to digest. By limiting digestive fermentation, FODMAP DPE eases symptoms like gas, bloating, constipation and other digestive discomforts that occur from enjoying FODMAP foods.

Suggested use
