Under The Consumer Contracts you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. This right to cancellation extends only to consumers and is not applicable to businesses.
When Can I Cancel My Order?

How Do I Cancel My Order?
To cancel your order, please provide us with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible.
Orders returned made via a wholesale account bulk buy will be subject to a restocking fee.
If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly product, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
What Happens After I Cancel My Order?
Once we have processed your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email. If your order has not already been shipped, we will refund your payment to the original form of payment. If your order has already been shipped, we will send you instructions on how to return the package.
