Thai Coconut Chicken
Sauteed chicken breast strips in a mild coconut curry made with coconut milk, basil, and Thai spices.
What you’ll need
- 1 lb Chicken Stripsย
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- Large Panย
- Also great with Pork or Seafood!ย
Cook it up!
- Season – Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken.
- Saute – Get that pan hot! Med-High (2 min). Add cooking oil. Cook chicken 2-3 min on each side.ย
- Sauce – Turn heat to low. Add sauce to pan. Simmer chicken in sauce for 1 min.ย
