Q 1: What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Answer: In The economy plan we offers a 3-5 working day delivery, free of charge for all orders over £100.

Q 2: Do you offer international shipping?

Answer: Yes, we offer International shipping but our prices do not include local taxes and import duty. You are responsible for paying any applicable import charges when the delivery reaches your country. You should also take steps to confirm that that the goods you order can be imported to your country.

When orders dispatched internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Q 4: Do you have a return policy?

Answer: Yes, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (7 to 10 business days).

Answer: Globevitamin makes shopping for your favourite supplements online as easy as possible! Remember to check out our latest offers page for some exciting deals. As you browse our website, please add your chosen products to your basket and proceed to checkout once you have everything you need. If you have saved addresses and payment options with us, these will be displayed during checkout for a faster process. You can also add your details manually. As soon as your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation followed by a dispatch notification including your tracking details. Your order history will be stored under Order Management.

Q 8: How can I track my order?

Answer: Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking link. Alternatively, if you have a Globevitamin account you can track the status of your orders in Order Management.

Q 9: Can I change or cancel my order?

Answer: We’re giving you complete control! Right up until an order has been dispatched you have the ability to cancel or amend your order. Please see the available changes you can make to your order under Order Management and selecting the relevant order reference number.

Q 10: What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
